Black Tie Kids provides on-site childcare 'camp-like' experience so the kids can have fun and the adults can adult - while at weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, special events, premieres and company parties.
We currently provide service in New York City, (Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island, Westchester, Southampton, New Jersey) and Southern California (Los Angeles, Long Beach, Inland Empire, Orange County).
Campers may be attending the event themselves, or may just be in town because their parents are attending a wedding/event.
While at camp, children will be provided with age-specific games to play, activities, crafts, games and movies.
We typically set up in a separate space onsite, but can also provide care at their designated table or in their hotel room.
During onsite childcare, adults can pop in to check in or sign-out (and sign back in) their little ones for dessert, time in the photobooth or even to dance!
Lead counselors are Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certified.
All staff are experienced in child care and have complete both reference and background checks.
We have liability insurance and can add your venue as an additional insured.

2024 PRICING:
$250 base fee + $25/child/hour
$60/hour minimum
five hour minimum commitment
If any campers are added after the invoice is signed, they will be $30/child/hour
If outside of Los Angeles / New York City we charge for mileage / driving / train time
